Those counting themselves among the British pop music intelligentsia are well-acquainted with the music of Max Eider. Throughout the 80s, Max brought his elegant, inimitable guitar style to the work of the critically acclaimed and feverishly fanned Jazz Butcher Conspiracy. His collaborations with former Bauhaus bass player and Love & Rockets leader David J as well as members of the British psychedelic noise-pop ensemble Spacemen 3 are legendary.

But through the mid-90’s and continuing today, Max has made his own records, filled with amusing, well-mannered tales of drinking and heartbreak – all told by an extraordinarily gifted and impressively literate musician whose career continues to inspire and amuse.

Max’s highly anticipated third solo record “Back In The Bedroom.” is presented in a matte laminate digipack with embossed logo and metallic inks. Syndicated cartoonist and dear friend Dave Coverly of Speedbump provides irreverent illustrations of Max in action.

Supported by Coverly’s playful illustration, this feature-rich website includes an audio player with three full-length albums; users can purchase selections from the Jazz Butcher catalog along with all three ME releases; fans can post entries on Max’s ongoing and hilarious memo board; explore discography and lyrics from the ME catalog; or browse through the picture gallery of rock images past and present.
